This would prevent you to directly touch the blood, entrails and other organs.

Torch some hairs to keep meats smooth. Even though you attentively and carefully perform skinning, there is no way to completely get rid of them unless they are torched. Unfortunately, picking every single thing only waste more of your time and effort. To completely erase them out of your sight, torching them carefully and slowly is perhaps the easiest and practical way.

Removal of entrails. Capturing wild animals and successfully killing them in the process does not mean that they are totally fine to be in that state. You should remove the organs and blood immediately so they would not cause foul odor later. If ever you skipped this essential procedure instead, its likely that things would only gets worst along the way.

Keep meat cold. Most processed meat easily gets germs and bacteria particularly when temperature raise. As a result, dangerous elements would slowly occur infesting the meat and eventually casting harm on humans once eaten. Its totally fine not to have the latest walk in coolers. As long as you have the right cooling equipment, you can keep it firmer and delicious.

Seal meats well. At the very least, you must learn how to packed meats properly to avoid freezer burn. There are many procedures you can consider in doing this. You could research or ask for some recommendations to obtained the information you want.

Clean all the mess. For health and security purposes, never leave the area unclean. By the time you do the process again, you dont have to have a hard and challenging time doing the cleaning job.
