And it is also the base ingredient in creating the worlds famous desserts and drinks. It has also been fashioned into tiny candy balls that are known all throughout the planet. But because of the many false information circling around, these confections now have a bad reputation. There are a lot who deprive themselves from eating chocolates for the fear that it would ruin their diet. In fact according to research, the white ones even have the ability to raise the levels of the good cholesterol.

Many people think most of the time that truffles are bad for the body. But chocolate have their own set of nutritional values that can benefit the body just like any other food. It contains antioxidants that helps in fighting heart conditions and high blood pressures.

Many kids are not allowed to eat chocolate truffles because they can cause tooth cavity. This is true except that most single out sweet things as the main cause of tooth decay. It is a condition that is caused by everything that you eat and if you do not make an effort to brush, the result would be tooth decay.

Choco truffles do not cause skin and acne problems. Contrary to the belief of many, acnes are caused by lack of hygiene because there is accumulation of dirt and oil in the face. The truth is that most researches have proven that your diet does not have any effect on your acnes.

Many dieticians say that when you want to lose weight, you should avoid high calorie foods. But truffles are only high in calorie if they are taken in huge amounts. Aside from that, having chocolates in your diet every once in a while can prevent the urge to do binge eating because chocolates can satisfy your cravings.
