You also need to keep in mind that even if you only eat fish, if you deep-fry the fish in oil, it will also not have the same effect. Then you might as well eat all the other creatures you want.

You need to try and keep you cooking methods in mind as well. Try and steam the fish instead of deep-frying. You might not like it the first time. You need to keep eating it like that.

You will also find that there are tablets on the market where the plants and seaweed has been used. Something like spirulina is tablets that have been made of the kelp also known as seaweed. It is very good to help give you energy as well.
