Tuscan Olive Oil & 3 Ways To Make It A Mainstay

By Rob Sutter

Admittedly, Tuscan olive oil may not be the easiest item to bring into your diet. While there are many people who love the taste of the oil in question, it's understandable that others would view said taste as too strong for their senses. With that said, though, what are some of the best ways to make sure that this type of oil is integrated in the best way possible? If you would like to know, here is a list of 3 ways to ensure that this oil is incorporated in the long term.

1. Tuscan olive oil can be used for as something as simple as dipping. Have you ever been to a restaurant where a bread basket is served with this type of oil on the side? It's pretty common in a number of Italian places and it is a great alternative for those who may not be into using butter, which is arguably more conventional by comparison. However, for those who have never tried the oil, it is a method that is supported by various authorities, Bellucci Premium included.

2. Tuscan olive oil can prove to be very useful as a salad dressing as well, if you would like to know. In fact, it is a much healthier option to consider than some of your more typical dressings like Russian or Thousand Island. However, with this oil being used for the very same purpose, your salad will now have a greater source of antioxidants on top of the nutritional benefits seen in the salad on its own. To put it simply, this type of oil can work to make any salad better.

3. What about the way in which this oil can come into play for cooking purposes? It's true, as some of the best chefs in the world can make use of the oil in question, preparing much healthier dishes by proxy. Of course, there is a certain level of care that has to be taken with this oil, seeing as how it has a smoke point that should not be exceeded. If this is kept in mind, though, the idea of cooking with olive oil might not be as farfetched as you might expect.

It's clear that there are many other points to consider about this oil and the litany of health benefits that it contains. Of course, it goes without saying that there are those who are on the fence about incorporating it, which is understandable. My argument, though, is that the oil in question can be added in such a way that it doesn't have to be as strong as it would be on its own. If you are driven to make your meals healthier, I cannot imagine many products that are as good.
