You have seen and tasted all kinds of barbecue. You have probably even made them yourself. If so, this is the perfect time for you to make use of some of the money you have saved to make it grow. Gradually, your catering business will grow. You just need to keep trying and never give up. Established restaurants have started over rough times and they have obviously got over that with the success they are experiencing right now. With your skills and some marketing magic, you will get along just fine.
