When you go to a new place, you want to be able to experience their culture. One way to experience that is through their food. You all know that feeling of excitement when you are about to taste different dishes you have not tried before. Here are eight famous fine dining Colorado Springs restaurants to visit.

Bonny and Read. If you are looking for a good seafood place, this is the answer. Bonny and Read serves the most freshest seafood in all of Colorado, oyster on the half shell, coconut and cocktail shrimps, king crab with potatoes and corn on the cob, chowder, crab cheese dip, and more. You can order a big bowl of french fries for just 13 dollars.

Bourbon Brothers Smokehouse and Tavern. The selection of dishes here are awesome. You can choose from a house salad, Philly and cheese steak sandwich, chicken and waffles, deviled eggs, and more. Perfect for those who are craving for barbecue or southern kind of breakfast and lunch. Barbecues are their specialties.

Carlos Bistro. Popular for their fresh grilled Colorado lamb, seared Hudson Valley Foie Gras, mussels and clams, merus king crab legs, paella, blue lump crab cake, and fruit de mer. Staffs are very accommodating. Interior is lovely and romantic, with plenty of space between tables. You know that they are good with the number of great reviews that they get from their customers.

The warehouse restaurant and gallery. A good venue for events like birthdays and a hangout for your friends. They serve different kinds of alcohol. Trout is one of their specialty, you can select from their selection of sides for this such as french fries, potatoes and tomatoes with olives, and mashed potatoes. Their bar section is the best, open space with a wide area.

Restaurant 1858. Restaurant 1858 is famous for their burgers and soup. Store hours is from 11 am to 8 pm, Mondays to Saturdays. Perfect go to place for those who love to drink because they have a full bar with different kinds of alcohol drinks. You will come upon this place if you go hiking on the famous falls in Colorado Springs.

Prime 25. Prime 25 can be found in Tejon St. Stores hours are from 5 to 10 pm, Monday to Saturday. Famous for their seafood cuisines like the bruschetta and lobster mac and cheese, NY strip, truffle price, and surf and turf. Flavors are out of this world, so be sure to check this place out before you leave the city.

Smorbrod. Smorbrod is in Cascade Ave. Get a taste of the famous Swedish meatballs here. You need to try their bergen and vanern sandwich, annapurna mead, seafood soup, and aalborg taffel akavit. For those who are looking for a place that they can post in their Instagram account, this is the place to be as all their dishes are instagrammable.

The rabbit hole. Open from 4 to 2 am. The best sellers are cherry braised buffalo short ribs, duck wings, bacon wrapped rabbit meatloaf, butcher block, laughing lab braised Colorado lamb shank, chorizo stuffed bacon, and more. Best of all, all their drinks are cheap, perfect if you are in a budget. Service is fast, so you will surely not get tired of waiting for the food to come.
