Foodies especially would often write these kinds of things as they would love to share their passion for trying out new dishes. So if one would want to write a food and travel blog because he loves eating, then here are a few things to take note of.
Now the very first thing that he would have to do would be to know exactly where he should be traveling. If one would want to become a blogger, he does not necessarily always have to go out of the country. He can actually just look for places near his area that would have some good restaurants or food stalls that he can actually pay a visit to.
Now if he has already decided where he would want to go, then he should of course bring along a camera because he will definitely be taking a lot of pictures for his blog post. Now upon entering the area, he should try out many different places. Of course if he is going to write a post, he should most likely stick to just one or two restaurants or stalls in that area.
So to start off the post, one should first write about the place that he traveled to. Before he goes on to the food, he should give a brief background about the place and some information about it. Probably one small paragraph will do as it should only be short and concise because the readers will be more interested in what restaurants and stalls that are there.
After he gives that brief introduction, then he can start on writing about the restaurant or stall. First he should start out by writing the name of the place as well as its location. It will also help if he has taken a picture of the place so that he can put it on the post.
Now after he does that, then the next thing that he should do would be to describe the dishes. This is very important because this is what the readers came to read. Give a brief description of the dish, write what the dish is made of, tell of the taste of the dish, and also add some pictures so that the reader can be able to imagine the taste and smell.
Of course when he is done with that, he will give his rating. Many blog sites would have a built in rating scale that would help the bloggers show just how good the restaurant or stall is. Of course along the rating, there should be an explanation as to why the rating is such.

He would first need a unique style of writing and second, he would need a good network so that he can spread his blog around to people who have not read it yet.
