Things like pasta, stir fries, salads and ready prepared vegetables can be made in no time at all. When you plan ahead on a weekly basis, thing will go smoothly. You have to know what you are going to have for dinner, otherwise you may not have the ingredients available. Many people think that pasta and rice is something to avoid because of the carbs that should be avoided. However, from time to time you will find that you need to have this in your diet. Soups and stews are easy to make and they are especially tasty and rewarding in the winter months. You can prepare these in the morning before you go to work. When you come home, your meal will be ready for you, and there is nothing better than that. You can use things like tomatoes, dry lentils and peas and other beans and vegetables. There are many different types of stir fries to make, so you can be creative and experiment with various recipes. You don't always have to use chicken or beef with a couple of vegetables. You can add in a couple of chickpeas. You can add in nuts. A touch of organic peanut butter will make a lovely sauce.

Just about everyone loves stir fries, and there are so many variations involved. This is about the easiest thing that you can make. You don't even have to serve rice with this. You can serve this with a salad. However, rice does not take a long time to make. You can simply put this in the microwave and it takes not time at all.

Stir fries can be served with chicken, pork, beef or fish. You can add in all sorts of vegetables which are already prepared. You can experiment with a lot of different vegetables which may be more exotic. Not many people use something like bok choi, for example. Adding texture like walnuts and cashews can also make a big difference to the meal.

A one pot meal of rice mixed with chicken and vegetables, mixed in with a low fat sauce can work very well. This can be served with a lot of different vegetables. When you have mixed everything together, simply place the pan in the oven. It is a good idea to have the right equipment because this will save you a lot of frustrations at the end of the day as well.
