For when the recipe calls for roasting, it is imperative that you cook the raw ingredient on the fire while keeping it low. Cooking it requires time too so that you can get a desirable result. Be sure to use a quality meat thermometer to check up on the ingredient. Oil, bacon, and baste should also be used for the cooking.

When cooking to as a steak, you can choose between frying it up or grilling it. For when you decide to fry it up, do not forget to add fat like oil or butter to the pan. Do this before actual cooking. Sear the side quickly on the pan first before reducing the heat to low.

For grilled, do it the same way as you would when you are frying the meats. However, there is a difference to how you add the fat like butter or oil. Instead of adding your choice of fat to the pan as you would in frying, you will have to brush a small amount of it to the meats instead when grilling.

The steak can also be cooked via broiling. For broiling, what you should do is to have four to five inches broiled from heat for three to four minutes per side. Turn it over once and then brush the fat like butter or oil on the meats. This cooking method is quite similar to the grilling method that you are so familiar with.

Stewed meats can also be served for your restaurant. The dish will be more delicious if you cook the ingredient the same way you would when you are cooking beef stew. Just add the ingredient you have to the stew and then allow it to slowly cook until it becomes tender already.

The ingredient can be used for burger too. You can either cook it to a bulk or you may use them for patties. Cooking in bulk is actually faster than what you are making beef burger. No fat will be left in the pan too. When you prefer patties, then better sear the sides with the grill. Lower the temperature after that.
