Four meals a day is supposed to be the daily meal requirement for most. But out of all the meals the first meal of the day is the most important meal of the day. Most people tend to skip this meal since they do to have the time to cook and eat any meal in the morning. There are a few ways in which one can make tasty dishes in a matter of minutes. By adding breakfast seasonings any dish can be made flavorsome and enticing.

It is important to have a few easy yet tasty recipes up your sleeve. A few basic produce can help you prepare a quick and easy meal that your family and/or you can enjoy. It is important to balance the meal, starting off with junk food is a bad idea hence it is important to start healthy.

Pizza is every child's and most adult's favorite. Using an English muffin, hard boiled eggs, a bit of cheese and few slices of tomatoes you can make a healthy meal. If you want to indulge yourself a little then make a corrupt sandwich. Scramble some eggs and put it on two slices of bread. Take some prosciutto or ham and cheese, and then put it on one egg laden side and then put the other egg heaped slice on top. End the cooking process buy grilling the sinful sandwich in a lot of butter.

As far as proteins are concerned eggs are a staple of this meal. Most people cannot imagine this meal without eggy goodness. Be it scrambled, boiled, poached, sunny side up or omelet, an egg can be filling and tasty. You can add a large variety of produce to scrambles and omelets. You can even use boil eggs to make salads.

Another staple, that most nutrition experts always suggest, are fruits. There are many kinds of fruits that one can take regularly. But the idea of munching on a whole fruit can put off people. Salads are more likely to draw ones fancy. You can cut up any fruit you want and toss them in a bit of yoghurt (either favored or unflavored). This is sure to make most people want to have more fruits daily.

So, one can see that there are many ways in which one can take staples and give them a delicious twist. There are many breakfast seasonings that are available in the market.
