These delicious pork strips are best enjoyed when marinated in thick, spicy sauces. Capsaicin and chilies are a must add to the marinating sauces. Taking proteins such as bacon every morning provides enough energy to last throughout the day.

Tea, butter and bread are fast becoming an out dated choice of morning meal. While it is preferred for its simplicity in preparation, many individuals consider it monotonous. To spruce up coffee or tea, a dash of ginger works like magic. This additive is not only rejuvenating, but also has anti inflammatory properties. As a result, it is widely used to cure colds and migraines.

Eggs are undoubtedly the kings of the breakfast table. These little dishes are packed with proteins and energy giving fats. Eggs are popular for their versatility in cooking. They can be prepared in a hundred different ways, all with amazing results. Eggs can be poached, scrambled, fried, boiled or eaten as an omelet. They are fried in a skillet with tomatoes, onions, parsley and a host of other spices.

If you have pizza left over from last night, you could gobble it up in the morning. This is a popular sunrise meal in colleges and in the homes of bachelors. Pizza may not be as tasty in the morning but it provides enough energy to get by.

There are many people around the world who skip their sunrise dish due to its perceived monotony. Breakfast seasonings and some creativity are a sure way to beat the monotony. Nutritionists assert that missing food is not a feasible method of weight management.
